How long before I get my Green Man Costume?
Not too long at all. Approximately 3 to 5 business days.
I need my suit pronto! Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We can normally get it there in a day and a half with express shipping You may make this selection during the checkout process. This offer isn't available to those using eCheck.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. If you don't have a PayPal account, you may checkout as a guest.
Should I go too small or too big?
It's spandex, so it will fit close to the skin. Check out our fitting chart to help choose which size will allow you to be comfortable. However, we highly recommend buying larger sizes.
I'm a woman, do you have Green Man costumes for me?
Yes, our Green Man bodysuits are for men and women. Before ordering, look at the different measurement features in the sizing. Because the costumes are form fitting, they work for everyone.
Can I get one in different colors?
Can I see through the mask?
Yes, but not with 100% visibility. We advise you to be extra cautious in areas with limited light. Be safe out there and avoid anything that would put you or someone else in danger while rocking the green man spandex suit.
Can I return the suit?
Because this is a costume, and often worn for one-time events (much like a prom dress), we do not accept returns. However, we will exchange your suit if it doesn't fit or was damaged on delivery.
Can I wash my Green Man costume?
Yes. We suggest washing cold and letting your suit air dry while laying flat.
